Who we are

What the service is

Suggestibility is an AI expert review board. You submit a technical artifact; independent AI reviewer personas analyze it and return a review package — findings, consensus, recorded dissent, and recommendations. Reviews are produced by AI models and are advisory. They are not legal, security-certification, compliance, or professional-engineering advice, and they do not replace your own judgment or your obligations to obtain qualified human review where the law or your industry requires it.

Your account

You sign in with your email. You are responsible for what is submitted from your account. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share, and don't use the service to process material that is illegal or that violates someone else's rights.

Artifacts you submit

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to operate the service: storing your artifact, sending it to the AI model providers that power the review board, and returning the results to you. Model providers process your content under their own API terms. We do not use your artifacts to train models, and we do not sell them.

Free tier: free reviews run on AI providers' free model endpoints, and those providers may retain what you submit and use it to train their models under their own policies — do not submit confidential material on the free tier. Paid reviews, from $15, are served only by endpoints whose terms do not permit training on your content. On every tier, we never train on your content ourselves.

Plans, billing, and refunds

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then.
• Launch-plan pricing is locked while your subscription remains continuously active. A cancellation that takes effect, an unresolved failed payment after a 14-day grace period, or a downgrade ends that price lock.
• If a review fails to complete, the review credit is restored automatically.
• If something went wrong and you believe you deserve a refund, email hello@suggestibility.ai within 14 days of the charge and we will work it out with you in good faith.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; don't resell access without an agreement with us; don't submit malware or content designed to manipulate the reviewers into producing harmful output; and don't use automated means to create accounts or consume free reviews.

What we promise, and what we don't

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is." AI reviewers can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent — that risk is inherent to the product, and preserved dissent exists precisely because model judgment varies. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and ending service

We can update these terms; material changes will be dated above and, where they affect a paid plan, notified by email before they take effect. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time via privacy@suggestibility.ai.
