hn, or direct) so we can understand which
channels reach people who find this useful.
We use your email to contact you about early access and product updates, on the basis of the consent you gave. We use the source label in aggregate to measure how people find us.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles. If we ever want to quote you or name you as a customer, we will ask you separately and in writing first.
We never use your artifacts to train models — not on any tier, not ever. Whether a third-party model provider may is a difference between tiers, stated plainly:
Free tier: free reviews run on AI providers' free model endpoints. Those providers may retain what you submit and use it to train their models, under their own policies. Assume that applies to anything you submit here, and do not submit confidential material on the free tier. We never train on your content on any tier — the risk on this tier is the model provider's, not ours.
Paid tiers: paid reviews run only on paid model endpoints whose terms do not permit training on your content. Model providers process it solely to produce your review.
We keep early-access signup records until you ask us to delete them, or until the early-access program closes and we no longer need them — whichever comes first. Consent records are retained as long as needed to show that consent was properly obtained.
We use a small number of first-party cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, we do not embed third-party analytics scripts, and we do not sell or share what we collect with data brokers or ad networks.
sug_src). If you arrive
through one of our campaign links — for example a link in a YouTube
video description — we store the name of that channel, such as
youtube, for 90 days. It records only the channel name.
It does not record who you are, what you do on the site, or anything
about your activity elsewhere, and it is not readable by any other
website. We keep it so that if you come back a few days later and
sign up, we can tell which channel brought you.
Our advertising links may also carry identifiers in the web address
itself, such as utm_source or Google's
gclid. These identify the advertisement that was clicked,
not you personally.
sug_gclid). If you arrive
from one of our advertisements, we store that advertising identifier
for 90 days. If you then sign up, we send it back to the advertising
platform so it can tell us that the advertisement led to a signup.
The platform already issued that identifier when you clicked; we are
not giving it anything it did not have, and we do not send your
email address or any other detail about you.
We do this by uploading the identifier after the fact rather than by embedding an advertising tracking script on the site, which is why no third-party script runs here.
You can delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings, and
you can block them without losing access to anything on the site — the
only effect of blocking sug_src is that a later signup is
recorded as “direct”.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@suggestibility.ai at any time to withdraw consent, see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will act on the request without charging you for it.
If we make a material change to how we handle signup information, we will update the date above and, where the change affects how we contact you, tell you by email before it takes effect.
