Support and billing

Email hello@suggestibility.ai. A person reads it. Include the review id if your question is about a specific review; it is on the review package and in your history in the app. Refund requests go here too, within 14 days of a charge.

Privacy requests

Access, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal go to privacy@suggestibility.ai. The privacy notice says what we hold and for how long.

Agents and integrations

The review board is available to agents over MCP at https://my.suggestibility.ai/mcp with OAuth or an API key from Settings in the app, on Pro and above. Enterprise SSO and per-call pricing are arranged by email.
